Return and Refund Policy

At Cross Running, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Cross Running within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@crossrunning.co.za to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return was initiated due to a defect or error on our part, we will refund the shipping costs as well.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@crossrunning.co.za. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for the original item. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@crossrunning.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or a refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@crossrunning.co.za.
